Why "Radiant"

A roof isn't a purchase you make often, and most homeowners only get one or two chances in a house to get it right. Owner Samuel Foster built Radiant Roofer San Jose around the idea that a roofing job should hold up the same way years later as it looked the day it was finished — and that the person who quoted the job should still be the one answering the phone when you need them.

That means we don't chase every lead across the Bay Area. We focus on San Jose and the Santa Clara County neighborhoods we actually know — the older Craftsman and Victorian streets of Naglee Park and the Rose Garden, the mid-century blocks of Willow Glen, the newer stucco-and-tile construction in Almaden Valley — and the way a wet Bay Area winter tests a roof differently than a dry Central Valley one.

How We Work

Every project starts with an honest inspection, not a sales pitch. If a repair will genuinely solve the problem, we'll say so — we're not incentivized to sell a full replacement when it isn't needed. If a roof really is past its useful life, we'll explain exactly why, in plain terms, with photos.

Pricing is written and itemized before any work begins, and every replacement quote accounts for California's Title 24 cool-roof requirements and Class A fire-rating standards up front — not as a surprise change order once the permit application is filed.
